Everyone there who has ever cut me hair has been very nice and given me a cut that I’ve always been happy with.

that which sucked:
1. software glitch on app/ they would not let me check in without the app, I was getting fed up and ready to walk out
2. pre-fixed high tip amounts on charge: I am a generous tipper, but found this a bit offensive

Mike did an outstanding job. He was meticulous in his approach and listened carefully to what I wanted, then delivered exactly what I asked for. I only had to wait a few minutes after arrival.

Great haircut
Love your place but booking appts not till you open at 10 doesn't work. Unless your there before doors open you cant get appt until around 11 because people waiting before you open...Should be able to book appointment before you open...

He Mike, cut my hair the way he wanted to and not what I asked for. I wanted to keep it long and he took over two inches off and I did not want any taken off the length.

Omar, as always, was very knowledgeable, went over every aspect of my hair cut and involved me in the decision making. He is very friendly and nice to converse with and we always have a fun time!
I truly believe the person cutting my hair wasn’t qualified to cut hair. It’s like she had never cut hair before. Hair cut had to be finished be different staff member. Did not receive wash or massage and was still charged full price.
I haven't used any hair products, but your services are first rate. The MVP is great. a massaging shampoo, with a hot towel, and a massage chair...what could be better.
Efficient and make a good effort considering most of the time thay haven't cut my hair previously.

My stylist, this time, was amazing. She advised and helped me get the cut I was wanting. I hope to get her again the next time I’m in for a cut.
Not a good experience, she cut my hair, and left it un combed or groomed. I had to use my hand to semi push down. Wont be returning to that stylist
