Your survey is a waste of time. I have commented on two poor experiences from one of your Sarasota stores and now a third at the new store in Lakewood Ranch. You are going to lose loyal customers if you don’t start listening to their feedback. New store is nice but obviously training is not high in the priority list. 3 poor experiences, 3 poor haircuts. Shame on me for coming back!
