Kids get an instant sense of gratification by being a part of a band. You channelized this very well. However it is important they learn the fundamental skills in the early stages. Kids can get carried away with live performances and not be really good at the guitar or vocals.
I like the environment you create. It is safe, respectful and everyone feels welcomed and included. This is hard to do in age groups where prejudices and cliques are common. Well done!

School of Rock is fantastic for my kids. It builds confidence, skill, and teamwork. Both my daughters say it's the most fun activity they do and everything else gets scheduled around SOR! It even got me playing guitar and singing in an SOR adult band.
My son loves to get his class there, his teacher is amazing: very professional, connecting so well with the young people. The program is nothing short of being cool as my son picks the songs he wants to work on in his private season and he just started the rock band program. After his first session , despite his hesitation , he is so excited!!! Perfect place to learn rock and in our house, it is rock or bust ;)

Making music as part of a group, the opportunity to perform
We have been coming to SOR for over a year and all of the instructors and other musicians have been great. My daughter is growing musically and socially by interacting with older and different kids.
