You show love and appreciation for music. It’s really what I want to teach my son. The energy is outstanding.
The kids are able to explore different genres of music and beak away from the routines of (Middle/high) school band music. The programs are fun and teachers/staff are great. The safety protocols they have set up to deal with this current virus are routinely followed and make me feel comfortable with in-person lessons.
I like that my son is having so much fun! He loves playing drums with Rock Band and Robert. He’s started picking up drums within songs we hear on the radio and tries to play them by sound. He’s just loving it!
My son is very happy with his keyboard classes and he says his teacher is very nice.
School of Rock has been a great experience for my daughter. She has learned to play great music and perform on stage with a band. Best of all, she has made new friends and has had a lot of fun. The performances are always fantastic and enjoyable for friends and family. I cannot recommend School of Rock Naperville highly enough!
My kids seemed really excited about camp. However, I would have liked to have seen something they did at camp emailed out to the parents. I know they were learning songs, both singing and with instruments, so some sort of "work-product" would have been nice to see.

you should ask a little down the road as I've only had one lesson thus far and I am finding it very difficult to position the left hand on the guitar. your staff are great people, this I know, which is appreciated. please do not share publicly my comments.
A place where your teenager's worries and yours go away. I don't know what magic these guys use but the kids turn out to be happy, organized and actually very responsible. A great place not only to receive a high quality of entertainment but also a great place to face and rule out some social enxiety that the kids might experience nowadays.
As far as the staff....exceptional, Shawn, Rachel, Collin and everybody else.

I love School Of Rock’s enthusiastic instructors, creative programming, and implementation of a learn-by-ear approach to teaching music. I also like how the school is very performance driven, which promotes confidence and instills courage in kids at an early age.
Organized and fun. Despite having to wear masks for an extended period for the first time, they loved the camp.
The instructors were professional and warm and reassuring for parents and the children.

SOR has been such a positive experience for my son and all of us. I do not have any music background and this has been wonderful to watch my son learn and grow.
Every teacher has been encouraging and supports the kids' music growth at their own pace and level. They are very knowledgeable about the instruments, music theory and of course the music itself. My son plays bass and the first teacher said it suits him...he was right on as this is the one activity my son always wants to continue for the past 3 years.
He enjoys the learning environment... which I feel is laid back, accepting, and instills discipline as well. I'm amazed at every show how all the kids from 8 to 18 smoothly move from song to song and they put on a legitimately great show. The teachers again are always present near the stage to support them but they seem to have them ready well during practices that the team knows what to do.
And all the staff at SOR have been a pleasure to work with. They are prompt in their communications and work with us on any issue that comes up. During this pandemic they have worked well from the beginning to adjust to a best possible scenario via zoom lessons. And even though it hasn't been the same in terms of rehearsals, they have done a fantastic job keeping the kids engaged and learning.
Overall, I am happy for my son to enjoy this school's learning environment which is different than the academic school environment.

My daughter has done both Rock 101 and a guitar camp and loved both. Would highly recommend to anyone whose child is interested in music.
Great help during shelter in place. Virtual lessons gave my son something to look forward to every week. Music has kept him sane during this crisis..

Inspiring and accessible for kids
SoR is like a family. My son has NEVER resisted going to the studio for rehearsals or lessons. He is a music-lover and SoR provides the perfect venue for him to explore his first love.

We love the programs, the instructors and the staff. The way they were able to adapt to the pandemic to continue to provide lessons and rehearsals was phenomenal! The virtual lessons gave us a glimpse into what happens during lessons and rehearsals and allowed us to watch the progression of our drummer as he mastered his songs.
I love School of Rock because the program and instructors make my son feel like a rock star ⭐️
