Customer Testimonials
Fun, supportive environment. Lots of encouragement.
Just top notch instructors and programs, one of a kind place.
They are very helpful
Very motivating method and process for learning to play. The band/teamwork approach, along with teachers who know what they're doing, has gotten my child very involved. He practices (or at least tinkers around at his keyboard) several times a day...and he can't wait for his weekly lesson and Rock 101 session, Highly recommend!
The teaching method and the teachers are stellar. The Thierrin family also runs it with efficiency and pride. Our daughter loves the SOR community.
I like the performance group and Rock 101- really learning how to play cooperatively
It sounds obvious but, at School of Rock the teachers’ time is protected so they can focus on teaching and the progress of their students. A great deal of time is spent developing shows and assessing students to ensure they remain engaged and challenged in a positive way. Furthermore, the safety of the kids is paramount, as is ensuring they conduct themselves like professional musicians, with clear, written policies and expectations communicated. Finally, Ray is a terrific owner/director and a pleasure to deal with!
I like the interaction between all the students and staff and the fact that the students are able to express their opinions and have some input when deciding what to play.
This program gave our son not only confidence but provided him with many new friends he never would have met without School of Rock.
Quality of lessons, age appropriate expectations
I love how the school works with our children and keeping the lines of communication open.
Do you ability for the kids to be who they are.
Friendly, knowledgeable and great place to further our child's talents.
Ownership is fantastic. Instructors are great. Opportunities for my child are vast. Love ESOR!
The immersion in group performance, the teaching method.
I like how it brings kids together as a group.
Everyone is friendly and willing to help.
Excellent progression from lessons, to group, and then to performance. Really useful for the learner.
The owners and teachers are not only talented, they care about their students and are fantastic role models.
Responsive and professional
The confidence it provides the kids while learning they have talent is tremendous.
School of Rock has been such a positive
experience for our son. The way they teach really resonates with him. He has grown as a musician. ROCK 101 taught him how to work together with other musicians. He loves all of it and has made great friends with the same interest there.
Knowledgeable and kind staff
Teachs kids the love of music and helps keep them on the straight narrow. I wish I had something like this when I was growing up.
School of Rock is a wonderful opportunity for children who are interested in music. If you liked soccer and practiced but never had the opportunity to play in a game, your skill could never reach it's full potential. THAT is what School of Rock does- learning to play is just the first step! In the Performance Groups, students learn what it means to be part of something incredible and each musician is an integral part. This program has taught my child dedication and accountability, has boosted her confidence and given her experiences and friends she will never forget.
The Rock 101 component is excellent and essential to success
Love getting my son involved in a real band format run by great enthusiastic people (Jason and Jenny) pushing them to get the best out of their efforts.
The way the whole staff works to tailor a customized experience for my daughter makes the School of Rock in invaluable resource for both her present and her future in music.
Start at child’s level, friendly staff/instructors, low pressure learning for young kids.
The confidence our son has now compared to when he first began his journey with school of rock is through the roof. We can not be more proud of the dedication he has toward his craft at being the best bass player he could possibly be.
thank you school of rock
