I like the setting for the shop. And I especially like the treartment I get from Joanne. She is always friendly and does a super job with the M V P .
It is the onlyplace I go for my haircuts now.

I really liked how my stylist today was really observant and empathetic of my needs as a customer, responding to them practically before I knew them myself. Mimi picked up on things just as I was thinking about voicing them, like when the chair needed to be raised a bit, or as I had a concern about a stray tuft of hair that she was about to work on. It was really an outstanding experience.
