Haircut service is excellent. The fact that my preferences are kept on my online account is very helpful. Saves having to repeat it every time. And, when done, the hair product holds everything nicely in place!

The products are very clean they don't leave my hair feeling gross, their services are wonderful, the mvp treatment is worth every cent, and their cold towel treatment is absolutely amazing in the summer cools you right down. Anne is incredible I highly recommend her she's friendly, talkative, and knows what she's doing. I'm very picky and precise when it comes do my hair and she always cuts it perfect.

I purchase coupon books in support of local charity.
It includes a coupon for a haircut but only for new customers. I don't believe that's fair to the person whom spent $20 on the coupon book.
I drove 40 minutes to Oxford location only to learn that I didn't read the fine print and was not eligible for a free haircut.
Remember, these are purchased coupons and not free giveaways.
If the other participants did the same then the charity would only sell to a person once.
You should not participate in that charity with a one time use coupon and not yearly.
I'll say it again, these are purchased and not free giveaways.
