With the MVP, I like the wash to get rid of any extra bits of hair. It does a better job than just brushing hair clippings.

I really liked how my stylist today was really observant and empathetic of my needs as a customer, responding to them practically before I knew them myself. Mimi picked up on things just as I was thinking about voicing them, like when the chair needed to be raised a bit, or as I had a concern about a stray tuft of hair that she was about to work on. It was really an outstanding experience.
