Colton at the Woodruff Road location in Greenville is amazing. I love that I can book online and see available slots ahead of time (book) without wasting my time back and forth with someone on the phone, being put on hold 3 times comparing schedules. LOVE that online booking tool.

Not only do I always have fantastic experiences at Urban Nirvana (spa & hair) but I continue to come back to Meg Powers (at South Windermere) anytime my hair needs some TLC. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always so helpful when I'm not quite sure what style I want to do next. I always leave her chair feeling refreshed and completely satisfied. Your staff is consistently professional and very helpful. Top notch!
