I have gotten massages in the past, but nothing compares to the atmosphere that is created at Urban Nirvana. I felt totally relaxed and comfortable, and totally enjoyed my time there.
It is always a pleasant experience. You are greeted nicely, and the check in and out are very smooth. My aesthetician, Courtney, was fantastic! Her technique was fabulous, the best facial I've had at the spa.
Everyone is so friendly and efficient, the atmosphere is very relaxing and I can't hear anything once inside my room receiving my services. This is the second time I visited and I will be returning to get a facial from Stephanie again she was fantastic. I wouldn't change a thing about my appointment on Saturday.

Hedi is a wonderful person to talk to and she's just a wonderful person all around. I have been to many beauticians and they are very awkward when it comes to waxing, especially getting brazilians, but not with Hedi. She's an all around wonderful person and I enjoy seeing her once a month.
