Tricia Hopkins has been my stylist for 7 years. I love her! She's incredibly talented and professional. She has actually moved to another UN location out of town yet comes back to Columbia occasionally. If the day ever comes that she stops making the trip every month I will probably travel to her!!

The level of knowledge about whatever service I am having. Ralph is exceptional and really knows his stuff as does Tara for facials and waxing. My only complaint is that the facial room is suffocating. You really can do better than that. I usually go to the salon early in the morning at 8:30 but yesterday I went in the afternoon for waxing and the place was hopping. Great for business but the walls are paper thin and you really could hear a lot of commotion in the room. I had a facial at the spa and it was great. I suggest you move the facials there.By the way, Lisa is worth her weight in gold. As a former business owner if she had been my employee I'd still be working. I retired partly because I couldn't stand the employee drama anymore at my age. You have done an excellent job with your business. Congratulations, I know how hard that is.
