Make appointments that fit your schedule. Staff is so nice and Ralph is awesome. I had an appointment for a haircut and he stay late to color my hair so I did not have to come back the next week. I can also walk in and someone is always available to cut my bangs and there is never a charge. I always recommend them to my friends.
