The couples massage was extraordinary!
I had a 30 min massage (Latasha) and a 30 min Facial (Kesha). They were both great and were very friendly (beginning to end). They answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I went in their rooms. The only issue I had was when I rescheduled my appointment the front desk clerk (Melissa) didn't ask if I wanted a 30 min massage or an hour massages and scheduled me for 30 mins. I was in desperate need of an hour. This was my reason for making the appointment. When I realized that my appointment was only for 30 min massage I was pretty disappointed. I’m a full time working woman as well as an extremely busy mom who doesn’t get much time off. The day of my appointment was the only full day I had off in a very long time. I hope you can understand my frustrations and why I was a bit disappointed. I was however thankful for the manger giving a little discount. If you have an employee who working for company you should be aware of what the “paying” client wants. Otherwise it could possibly cause you to lose business. Luckily both of my techs were extremely good so I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks

When I called to make the appointment, receptionist said 2:00 and I told her I could not make it, how about after 3 and she gave me 4:00 appt. Unfortunately I did not read the text when confirming appt and it did have time as 2:00. I should have caught it then -- my bad. My son was giving me the appt for Mother's day. When he went by to pay in advance, they said I had missed the appt at 2:00, but I explained the error to him, and they rescheduled it for 5:00. They were very nice about it.

I came in on Thursday, May 5th to receive a prenatal massage. All throughout my pregnancy I had experienced lower back pain and with my due date being the day before I really just wanted to relax and get some sort of relief. As soon as I arrived at the spa I was greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome. Kim vandenmeiracker is who gave me my massage and I was very pleased. It was by far the most relaxed I had been in a very long time especially considering I had been having contractions on and off for a few weeks prior. Needless to say I was very pleased with all of the staff and most of all with the quality of my massage. The best part of all was we welcomed our beautiful little girl at 4:04 am the very next morning. Thank you for such a great experience and I can't wait to treat myself again!!

able to schedule day before and arrived early and able to take me early. If you do not allow well behaved kids watching an ipad in future will not be able to go and would have to go somewhere else. Sorry even though I do love urban nirvana. Love the Prev musc discount and the current military discount. COuld you make the brow card electronic? I like to have my receipts emailed too so I can better keep track and dont have all these paper receipts/clutter.
