I found the experience I had with ServiceMaster amazing. I'm a widow so I live by myself. Having to go through the impact of having a flood and dealing with it on my own was traumatic. So for me the customer care was very important. Brianna Roberts was so helpful, caring and supportive during the 3 1/2 months I had my restoration work done. Her organizational skills are terrific. Everybody that worked on my basement from the packers to the tradesmen to the project manager was very professional. The workmanship was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about every aspect of dealing with them! Thank you so much for making a very difficult experience so much easier to deal with!

They were all Extremely polite, efficient and professional workers with the exception of one out of at least twenty separate contractors. We were very pleased with the service. We were well informed prior to their arrival and kept being informed throughout the process. This communication was imperative given the chaotic circumstances. ServiceMaster has a system that seems to handle these emergency situations seamlessly.

Repairs, workmanship are good. Communication with person who has water damage is frequent providing updates and explanations. Totally all workers involved in this project care!

I was very pleased with the promptness with everything except the technology portion for our computer. I still do not have it back. There was an appointment to return it today at 2 and at 3 I went out. This is 100% unsatisfactory. They returned the computer after phone made asking where it was and it did not work so they took it back. This was December 3 and I had to phone to ask what was happening to find it was ready. very poor communication. This is with your technical guys.

I was the victim of a flooding situation the day after I moved into my new suite in The Bentley, #318. The Owner had advised that there was some work being done in the suite above me #418 but I certainly didn't expect it to impact me directly. I called the owner immediately to advise him of the situation & within minutes Simon, the Project Manager was at my door to stop the water from doing any more damage & then assessed the situation including going to #418 to see if he could tell what caused the leak.That afternoon the first of one of the team arrived to rip out 1/3 of my kitchen ceiling & leave behind the dreaded industrial strength fans to dry the area out. There was a significant time lag until the repair work finally began which was quite extensive & required 2 people & 2 days to complete. I then contacted Simon to provide him with the positive results & requested a cleaning crew as the final step of dust removal etc. Simon & his team all did wonderful restoration work & the cleaning crew was a great final step. Both the owner of this suite & I have been in regular contact throughout this process & I am certain the owner would concur with my opinion. I would recommend your services & sincerely hope that you will reman servicing The Bentley.

Service Master was very prompt when my emergency call was made to the company to check the damage to my upstairs/downstairs bathrooms. They were always on time when appointments were scheduled. They had proper equipment to take care of the necessary damage. They were considerate and listened to my concerns. They were carefully not to damage my furniture, floors, walls, carpets etc. They always cleaned up and took away garbage. They have great sub-trades.
Project Manage, Tom Gouldstone and Assistant, Samara Bredlow, were very easy to communicate with, listened to my concerns/questions and always polite and responded to my phone calls.
Your staff are pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with and listened carefully to our concerns. The job was completed quickly and the work was very professional.
