i was very pleased with the final result of my restoration.
for the most part there was good communication and coordination between office, trades and myself.
suggestion: once the project manager is finished his evaluation etc and the work starts, customer should know who to contact regarding schedules, work done questions etc. I thought the proj. mgr. would be my main contact. as i found out, that is not the case. there was a construction mgr, an assistant and a few other people to contact instead of Kent. that would have saved a few phone calls and waits for call backs.
the trades were very good. even though the first dry wall worker did not do a good job, his boss/owner came over and fixed the problem asap. i was impressed.
painter and final finish workers were also very good. and the carpet company did a good job too
