This is our first time using Service Master and, although I hope we never have to again, we would definitely call them again if need be. They handled our water leak with great professionalism...we always knew what was happening and they never made me feel like any question was stupid or silly. Nicole was fabulous at keeping us updated on what was happening and when and also dealing with our insurance company.
