The staff was very friendly and the place was clean, warm, and inviting. This was my first time visiting any yoga studio and this one made a great impression! It wasn't intimidating at all like I had originally thought it would be.

Your Instructors and facility. First I have taken classes from Laha, Summer, and Alex and they each have a unique style of teaching, caring, exhilarating, and wisdom that cant be surpassed. Not a one had a negative thought or teaching given in there instruction. The facilities are well accommodated and well heated, that's for sure, as well as being well kept. I like the intensity of the classes but also the atmosphere and genuineness of the instructors. The classes are challenging in their own ways and I really enjoy them.

I think it's great how you provide towels and mats to people who don't have one. it allows everyone to be able to join if they wanted to. Also, love the vibe in the studio and the available showers to use after class.

I love your sculpt classes. Ever since I tried it for the first time, it was a bit challenging but I have been going to the sculpt class every single day. Some instructors are better or tougher than others. But overall, I think that is a great combination of yoga and bootcamp. Yoga alone is too slow for me.
