Recently, the service call was cancelled due to an emergency. Not sure if it was an emergency call or if Steve was ill. Have not heard back about rescheduling call. Please contact Steve (the mechanic and find out what is going on). Not urgent, as the office has not been occupied for over a year and do not think the units are running much at all. We have had Steve since AirCo. Please let him know by phone about re-scheduling. He would also like copy of last PM sent to his email (email verified).
