Can I please add myself to notification for one day notice before technicians come out for PM? My cell is Phone number removed. The owner came in and the tech was already on site with a ladder up against the building and we have a roof hatch for them to use so we do not have ladders used and against drains or pipes. We are very pleased with service, but would appreciate one day notice so First name removed can be sure someone is on site, to be sure the owners request is taken.
Not sure when the next PM maintenance is to be done, but the next big event is the chiller # 3 replacement later this summer.
First name removed is working remote. I spoke to Dennis Smith and he said everything was fine, but would still pass along the message in case there was something he was unaware of going on.
We require and expect a high level of communication from our Sacramento ABM team. They have an excellent service team with consistent techs to work on our equipment. This makes me feel like they know our equipment well and can help us keep our HVAC units running smoothly all year long. Many times the techs go above and beyond, letting us know that the roof drains are full, for example, during a recent PM.
The scheduling team knows that we have to work around our tenants schedules and help us to accommodate that as well. And lastly, our go to guy-Steve Christiansen-is phenomenal!

Need for someone to set appt ASAP for contract review- wants MERV 13 filters added to new contract. Also wants to know status on all units, age, etc- pls call and set appt with her.
The service was performed according to the proposal submitted. We ahd an incident with one of the repairs and the tech returned promptly to address the issue. Great follow up and response to ensure our systems were running properly.
Technicians are knowledgeable dispatcher let’s me know what’s going on.

Per First name removed, he has changed to MERV filters and has spoken to Jonathan as to the changing schedule of them. He wanted to be sure the office knew of this change and it is documented.. Should only be changed when needed. He was also wondering about the new costs for these filters. He states that everyone is great to work with, especially Steve Crawford, who is an "ACE". Also John McAlpin is aware of new upcoming projects.
Always good follow up. After the last PM, we are all caught up!
They check in with me. We have a good relationship. If it wasn't a 10, I would no longer be with you.
You guys do a great job for us. Everyone from techs, dispatch and our account rep take good care of us. Rarely, do I have to call in, I am well communicated with.

Hello!! Happy New Year!! I sorry I have been on vacation and then catching up since. Your voice mail reminded me of this email to reply to. Again my apologies. With this being my 2nd New Year with the company, I can say everything has been smooth for the last year and we have no complaints with the service from ABM. Hats off!! The contract we have is for our tenant building and they have been pretty much out all year, so the ware and tear was minimal. When service calls were scheduled and when I needed an additional service everything has been smooth.
I particularly like your service person Steve. He has been maintaining our HV/AC to perfection. In fact I will follow him should he leave ABM.
