No problems, very responsive. Happy customer. It does take a longer time to fix our old equipmentbut it is not your fault.
He wanted to know if we work on their dampers, either under contract or not. He had some problems and did not know who to call. There were air pressure issues, some stuck open, others would not open. He said he found someone, but wanted to know for the future. Also, had question if ABM did air balancing or testing, that would show negative or positive air flow. Lastly, he asked about PM and if we did them routinely for his facility.

All the people I have dealt with from Techs, to Project Managers, to Account Reps have always been courteous and professional. Anytime I need a quote for a repair or a project that is requested it is always processed quickly and at fair pricing with a quick turnaround for install. The work that is performed is always at a high professional level and has the ability to maintain it in the forefront. This is a important item for me since I am one the has to maintain these systems and projects that we use ABM for. Everything is ok. They are good at getting the quotes back to me and at doing repairs. The techs are very kind and nice.

Overall very happy. Every tech is very professional and knowledgeable. There have been a couple of PM calls that were not complete on the first day or they were called away on an emergency and the facility mgr was not told what was done, what was not, or when they would be back. I have had to call to find out about a return. Some more complete communication would be appreciated so we know where we stand.
Everything is going pretty good. It does take awhile to get the report . We have received the bill, but the owners will not pay that until we get the report for the boiler. I believe it was completed in February.

Going well. Was just talking to my mgr about the annual PM. Since Matthew is no longer here, I would like copy of contract sent to my email (email address confirmed). The techs are responsive. I had one issue and it was resolved, miscommunication.
Good techs. My well maintenance is overdue, when is that scheduled? Also, my legacy air filters that are changed once per year are coming up for change please let me know when thery are scheduled. The techs are knowledgeable, conscientious and even conscious of housekeeping. They even clean up after themselves!
