Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as soon as I step foot in the door and right up until I leave! It does not feel like there’s a judgemental atmosphere for different skill levels or newness.

Anne is a fantastic instructor. She always changes the monies with each class and time flies by. It’s the hardest class I’ve ever taken, but it’s worth it if you want to push yourself and make physical progress.

The 5:45 class room is large and doesn't overcrowd. The class is mixed level in content and the locker room is nicely laid out.

Great workout instructors! Maria Anderson, Yoga Sculpt instructor in Merrifield Virginia does an awesome job! She motivated me to get back into working out. She pushes you to challenge yourself and she makes YS class fun. It’s the first time I’ve started to enjoy working out in a long time.

This location is very friendly and has a clean and inviting space. The teachers are great, challenging and encouraging, offering good cues and variations.

I was very encouraged. I think it is very healthy. The instructor was GREAT! The class was very encouraging, destressing, and I felt healthier and like my body got a good type of workout. It was the 1st time I've ever been to a class, I went with my daughter. I would like to do this regularly.

Maria was an amazing instructor! She was so helpful and sweet during the check in process. Her positive attitude and message were perfect for class and her music was amazing too! She kept instructions clear during the entire class so it was easy to keep up for a guest who doesn’t frequent often. I’ll be back for sure!

Great class. The intimate environment with just 5 students this time allowed for more individuals cues and hands on adjustments which is one of the things I like most about the corepower experience. Thank you for a great class!
