The yoga was a challenge for me, as someone recently getting back into yoga practice, and for temperature the studio wasn’t too hot to bare. The instructor’s guidance was well received and she provided me with some advice on my practice afterward. The parking is also very easy to maneuver at this location, although technically not the closest studio to my house. Overall I really enjoyed the session, and left feeling like I’d achieved my fitness objective for the day.
Barbara T. was a great instructor. Class got humid and hot after it started. People were distanced well. One lady student was distracting as she went in and out of the room multiple times. Locker rooms were pretty clean and neat. Beautiful lounge and fireplace area!
Teachers are super nice and welcoming. Studio is very clean and helpful.
Just started my yoga journey and have been loving it so far! The instructors have been super helpful with describing the types of classes I should take as a beginner and don't feel judged at all with being new and slow to learn.

I enjoy the consistency in CPY product. I know when to expect the same from a class and which classes to take to mix it up a bit. I am humbly grateful for the leadership from Tatiana Suh for her continuing efforts to train and staff the local studios with teachers that demonstrate skill, knowledge, enthusiasm, compassion, empathy and instill confidence in new and experienced members alike.
