I love this studio in Merrifield, VA a lot- friendly instructors/students and nice studio environment, etc.

The staff are very nice The place is clean very modern looking and then the fitness is trainable and one week fee try can not ask for more than this .

I am so happy that I joined this studio. The instructors are amazing - they're helpful before, during, and after classes. Classes are fun, each instructor has her/his own style. The schedule is great for everyone, as classes start really early and go until around 9pm. The studio itself is always clean and presentable.

Very nice people. However I would like to be able to call the studio directly. On the weekends if you need to speak to someone it's impossible to get them.

When I was the only one signed up for class, Joseph used it as a workshop for my asanas. I always like his classes (especially the music selection!) but this was above and beyond.

The studio is clean and spacious. There’s plenty of easy parking.

Great class with Alysia! I was a first timer and I was able to follow along without any trouble. Way more intense than any yoga class I have ever been to, but the best workout I have had in awhile.

I love CPY at Merrifield. I go to others around the area but this one is my favourite. Great evening classes and a lot of variety. Instructors are uplifting, encouraging, and helpful. Very friendly and caring. I’ve not taken many classes other than all the C1 offerings, but love this studio.
