Everything! The vibe of the studio, the dedication of each instructor. From the first time I visited the studio, I felt welcome and like I was part of a community! The classes kick my butt, but every instructor is so encouraging it really makes you want to do your best, so much so, that I will be taking the sculpt teacher training starting in September!

classes are spacious (mats aren't on top of each other), teachers are knowledgeable & friendly, and classes are challenging. Their schedule is convenient and I enjoy the 60 minute sessions - 90 minutes is too much of a time commitment most weekdays.

Great class and studio. The studio is very clean and trendy. The yoga class was a good difficulty, easy to follow along and I felt great afterwards. Quite often hot yoga studios will have a bad smell, but the Comm Ave studio was spotless! Great vibe and everyone there was really friendly

The manager and program assistant are always friendly, kind, helpful, encouraging, supportive, and affirming! They work hard to learn the names of the students and get to know them on a personal level. I always felt incredibly welcome and cared for in the studio!
