The staff is friendly and inviting. They will take the time to go through the yoga positions and moves, which is especially helpful in beginning classes.

Friendly staff, showers, all the toiletries ( very nice touch - makes it much easier to go about your day after a hard workout), location, aesthetically pleasing - the studios, lobby, locker room - very well done, filtered water, hair elastics and of course the yoga.

I very love a teacher name Katie. She is amezing and vert good at teaching yoga. And the music is great too.
