I love CorePower Yoga. The instructors are friendly, authentic, and inspiring. I have gone to many yoga studios before, and there is nothing like CPY. The classes are structured but not overly scripted, and each class is a little different each time. Offering an intention at the beginning of class really made a huge difference to how I approach practicing yoga. I have been telling all my friends about CPY!

Great teachers and a wonderful open studio.

The space is beautiful, clean, and walking into the studio immediately puts me in the right mindset to practice yoga. My instructor was so encouraging and moved at a great pace, offered appropriate modifications, but really made us work! It was an intense work out that left me feeling invigorated.

Instructors are amazing! I'm a beginner Yogi and not once did I feel uncomfortable not being able to hold a pose or not knowing what a pose is called. Very helpful instructors, enjoyable hour yoga.

The instructors have great personalities and are willing to share their knowledge/experience with others.

The staff did a great job making me feel welcome and learn more about the poses. Since it was my first time doing yoga I felt like it was a really great environment.

I have always been a little indimated by yoga classes. As a beginner, it was hard for me to just jump into a class because I wasn't sure how to do certain positions and I just didn't feel comfortable. I love that you guys offer the C1 class which moves at a slower pace and breaks down each position so I am able to learn how to do everything correctly. I now have some cofidence in myself doing yoga and am continuing classes as much as I can for the first time in my life.

Friendly staff! Great workout for the hour of sculpt. Also, the studio is very clean.

Everything! The vibe of the studio, the dedication of each instructor. From the first time I visited the studio, I felt welcome and like I was part of a community! The classes kick my butt, but every instructor is so encouraging it really makes you want to do your best, so much so, that I will be taking the sculpt teacher training starting in September!

classes are spacious (mats aren't on top of each other), teachers are knowledgeable & friendly, and classes are challenging. Their schedule is convenient and I enjoy the 60 minute sessions - 90 minutes is too much of a time commitment most weekdays.

Core Power feels like an escape from my day - luxurious studio, clean spaces, very inspirational teachers.
