Class was not crowded, which was great tho prob had more to do with level and time of class than effort to keep class small . Good instruction re poses. Personally I liked that the poses were pretty repetitive. Heat was just right! (Core power y1 class Sat 10/29@130 pm.)

Nice employees and a super clean and big facility with locker room. Having showers is a plus. Great amenities and wonderful range of diverse yoga classes. Like that there are late class options for people that have a long commute
The studio was clean and Inviting.
Everyone was very friendly and there was a great variety of classes. It was fun to see each instructor teach in her own style while sticking to the core format of the class.

Love the C2 classes! Especially some of the 7:00pm on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Helps me to destress, build strength, and find balance during the week
