I like that there are several day & time offerings for Hot Power Fusion with different instructors. It's the only class I am physically able to take and I greatly enjoy the variety of teachers. I particularly appreciate that Adam, Maureen, and Allison take the pace of the hot triangle sequence a little slower than others. I find I am more prone to aggravating my injuries when teachers take that particular part of HPF too quickly. I also appreciate the variety of music they play :)

Yoga sculpt- hard workout.
Easy to find, easy to park, studio is clean and warm and new, teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable, I like the non-invasive hands-on assists. I like the class length and the style of yoga taught.
