The classes strike a nice balance between getting a good workout and finding mindfulness and stress relief. The studio is also very nice and spacious, and there's a good variety of classes offered.

Although the heat is very hot, its a great way to detoxify. I love the flow of the classes and how they constantly challenge you to go to the next level. This challenge has been great for me mentally, physically, and spiritually. I feel so much more centered, refreshed, and rejuvenated after the classes. I also like the choice of music and the lighting...not too dark or too bright. The community is great and everyone has such a positive attitude. It is totally worth the money but I wish it was less expensive otherwise I would be there a lot more.
