I especially like the Sculpt class! I love that yoga is weaved with an intense workout. The fact that every class has an intention, and being reminded of it, keeps you going and clears your mind of every distraction. The schedule is also very important for me, and at CorePower Yoga their services are provided almost all day.

Amazing studio with a lot of amenities. Very friendly staff and instructors offering to help.
The studio is beautiful. So clean and bright with really nice locker room. The practice space was comfortable. It was nice having locks available to borrow.
The instructor did an energetic flow with very clear cues. It was especially nice that the instructor didn’t talk much except to explain the postures and check in with the class.

It is a solid yoga studio. I don’t go much because I don’t like the heated classes, but I know some people do like them. The only reason I’m not a 10 is that I feel it’s pretty expensive. Even the packages are more expensive than some of the other options in the area and I’m not sure that the practice is any better.
Availability of classes, quality instruction
Lots of different types of classes to choose from. Sculpt is the best!
