The sculpt class offers a great mix of yoga, cardio, and weight training. I typically get bored with most yoga classes, but the instructors and exercises keep me interested and challenged the entire class. As a male, I recommend to most all of my male colleagues interested in fitness who need to work on flexibility but are not interested in taking a traditional yoga class.

I love the teachers and when the music playlists are great. I love when the teachers have a ton of energy and try to get everyone pumped up or laughing. CorePower is the best part of my day when I get to go!

Love the locker room and the classes. I highly recommend Core Power to friends and colleagues. The only downside is $25 for a drop-in class is a little high. Hard to justify going more than once a week.
