Nice facility, great instructors. Although sometimes the instructors keep the music too loud. Then they scream over it to make themselves heard giving instructions.It beats the purpose. Thıs ıs Yoga after all.

Love the locker room and the classes. I highly recommend Core Power to friends and colleagues. The only downside is $25 for a drop-in class is a little high. Hard to justify going more than once a week.

The sculpt class offers a great mix of yoga, cardio, and weight training. I typically get bored with most yoga classes, but the instructors and exercises keep me interested and challenged the entire class. As a male, I recommend to most all of my male colleagues interested in fitness who need to work on flexibility but are not interested in taking a traditional yoga class.
