Clean, efficient, great workout.

I've taken only a few yoga classes in the past and found the C2 class taught by Ashley B. to be excellent. As a beginner, I found the way Ashley lead the class to be very helpful in setting up the routine and giving plenty of options/alternate poses to try if pushing myself or if that particular move was something I couldn't do, she provided options for that as well.

Very clean and neat facility. Always met with a smile.

Easy to join a class, flexible payment, good classes.

I love that the C2 classes are all the time. It makes a big difference in when I decide to go to a class. I hate having to plan for other studios. I also love the space, it's so easy to get to and also very clean.
