I prefer walk in as opposed to appointments, the grasslands location is clean and bright, the staff are always friendly and courteous, the staff always ensure you are satisfied with your haircut before you leave their chair, the prices are fair, and emailed/in store promotions and coupons are appreciated

Lovely set up and great staff. Judy attended my son - First name removed. He's 4 and it was his first haircut in Canada. Judy was very friendly and made him feel comfortable. She gave a smart haircut. Also to mention, it was a free haircut for the coupon we had. Judy made sure that she gives a perfect service despite being free. She even offered candies to both the kids. We really loved being at Sport clips and this is going to be my salon. Thank you Judy.
