If it’s busy you can sign in and come back later when it’s your turn and the girls are friendly and don’t want to talk and ask you 100’s of questions about what’s going on in your life.
There were plenty of staff on hand so we didn't have to wait very long. The Stylists listened to what my kids wanted and made it happen! They were super friendly and made the boys feel comfortable.

I like that I can get in without an appointment. Unfortunatly I have to explain my haircut to the stylist each time and I have had occasion with a newer stylist that has not done quite as well as others, but the conveinace is worth it.

Staff are friendly and they pay attention to how I want my hair styled. I like the VIP treatment. I usually can go in and only wait a few minutes for a stylist to begin to my cut my hair.
