The hairdresser I had was very professional, asked all the right questions. He could see I wasn’t in the mood to chat so asked good questions and let me be other wise I was very happy and in a much better mood after my visit than when I arrived. Feet happy with this service

This was my first time here, my son was very happy with Tom, as was I. He was very kind to my son, he’s 8. He showed him a picture of different hair styles, kept blowing off the hair, was very kind all around. He did a great job!
I was disappointed in another co-worker though, he’s an older gentlemen with white hair, while Tom was cutting my sons hair, this gentlemen was vacuuming.. he felt the need to move Toms legs with the vacuum, again, while he was cutting my sons hair. This was not ok. However, I will still come back to see Tom, if I see that again, I will be vocal about the safety aspect around this.
Everything was better and good, the crew were welcoming, unlike a different location I previously visited and returned without getting any service done cause they just kept passing me onto the next one, even though two stylist were ready and available when I arrived then.
Also the stylist who helped me understood what exactly I needed and went above and beyond. It was swift, easy and super friendly.
I like to be able to check online which stylists are available on that particular day and what time. Would like to prebook a particular time for an appointment on the app.
I had issues signing into the tablet to get an appointment but there was a lady there that just entered me into the system. I had a newer lady cutting my hair and she did a good job.
