I have only been to two classes but I already feel welcomed and not like the newbie thanks to the staff. I like the variety of classes.

I am a long-time yogi and am a huge fan of the spin that CorePower takes on yoga. I especially love that the classes here don't let the fitness-motivation aspect overpower the historical, meditative purposes of yoga.

Convenient locations and classes every hour from morning to evening to match my schedule. The Hot Power Fusion classes I attend are a like a restorative session for me. Recovering from a back injury the HPF classes have improved my range of motion enough to enable me to start running again. Like everything. Instructors are great and nice. Facilities/yoga rooms are clean and good for the class size. Changing room is clean and well-maintained. Above all, the classes are fun and adequately intense.

I just can't wait until there are more in the city - I love Corepower, and since I started many years ago have never found anything I like more.
