The Fremont studio, like all CorePower studios is convenient, super clean, and has great instructors.

Did not use any products. Loved all the classes - Sculpt, HPF and C2. All were great!

The amenities and the restrooms are nicely finished and clean. Its a great facility to use for mid-day work hours and those in a rush. The instructors were wonderful- I think my instructors name was Melissa.

Very efficient process to enter and join a class. I like that you can walk-in and don't have to sign up in advance. The locker room is kept clean and am glad you guys have towels and mats. The teachers are great, enthusiastic and some of the best I've found in SF.

I love Core Power Sculpt - but the classes are becoming so so crowded it's hard to focus. Maybe there should be more classes or they should be capped at a certain number?

Clean, good vibes, calming, love the heated clacses and variety of classes.

Nearly all of the teachers are very good. Lamat and Melissa Mae's classes can be a bit weird but they are nice enough. I one time got called out for coming back into the studio after I had JUST taken a class to grab my yoga mat that I'd forgotten with the front desk person thinking I was trying to get in without swiping in. It was embarrassing and uncalled for.

Despite this, I would and have recommended Core Power Fremont to friends.
