The ammenities are amazing, but nothing beats the feeling of sweating out your troubles after a single Core Power yoga class.

I go to Corepower both for the workout and to sweat it out but also for the awesome teachers and spiritual aspects of yoga too that are not lost during the workout.

Clean facilities, not crowded, friendly staff

Great welcome to newcomers. Studio wasn't crowded. Instructor nicely blended guided meditation with yoga. Good balance of strength focused yoga with flexibility exercises. Studio wasn't overly hot as well - just the right temperature. Overall, a really great experience.

Besides the nice environment I like the fact that the coaches are well trained and not only challenging your body but also your mind!
