I’ve taken classes from a variety of the teachers at Bridgeport Corepower. Each one provides a wholly unique experience on the mat. From core restore to c2’s there is a class for every person, whether your looking to relax or push your yoga practice further. Highly recommend practicing at this studio and getting to know the awesome teachers.

I really enjoyed the sculpt class at core power. The clothing selection is also always good!! My favorite thing about the Bridgeport Village location is the friendliness and general awesomeness of the instructors. The one I had for sculpt was top notch!

I took a yoga sculpt class with Maple and it was amazing. I’ve never worked out so hard before. The class size was not too big and everyone was motivated. I didn’t feel uncomfortable as I usually do in big gym classes. I like the variety of classes provided, and the small boutique/ gym feel.

The teachers are awesome. Great energy, instruction, warmth, and encouragement!

I like the choices of classes offered. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Love that it is kept so clean.

It’s a good place for sure. The instructors are always glad to see you. They know my name and ask how I’m doing without fail. And the classes are challenging. I’ve really come to place where every practice is rewarding and freeing which helps me in all other obstacles throughout my day. Oh, and the studio and facilities are always very clean.

There are lots of classes so finding a time that's convenient, on a regular basis is way, way easier then many other yoga places. The staff are always friendly, diverse enough in their practice to be entertaining and challenging, but consistent enough to not be completely shocked when you show up for class, no matter what your location.
