Everything, CorePower is awesome. Great classes, great studios, great teachers. I practiced at the Bridgeport studio while traveling for work and a specific call out to Jessica S for helping me with a posture I didn’t realize I was doing wrong. She was fantastic and it was a super fun class.
This was the best yoga experience ever! SO calming, relaxing, and zen... the instructor was helpful and went at a gradual pace. I felt like I was able to keep up and absolutely will be returning. The environment is clean and has a lot of amenities like showers, lockers, and yoga mats for rental!
Everyone is so lovely, positive, and encouraging. Just love the spirit. Also LOVE that you carry lulu... just wish you had larger styles.

Such an awesome place! Classes are fun and challenging. Music selection is great. The teachers and staff have all been very welcoming and helpful in introducing me to the studio. Glad I found this place. It’s everything I could have asked for in a new yoga studio.

Really impressed with how easy it was to jump into classes. I get all the workout, yoga integration and no hyper-spiritual vibes. I appreciate the focus on body and highly recommend.

I love the selection of clothes from good brands: Lululemon, Spiritual Gangster, Alo Yoga, and Beyond Yoga. All these are brands I only wear. Classes are good, too. But the one thing that needs improvement is to offer free, complimentary face or hand towels.
Very nice studio! The 12pm CP2 class was challenging in the best way.

The gang at Bridgeport was so welcoming! I came in for a 1.5 class while in town on a business trip. I felt right at home! The class was fantastic and just what I needed to decompress from traveling and get a little seat on!

Excellent instruction and studio environment. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to discover their yoga practice or deepen an already existing practice. From Core Restore to Yoga Sculpt there are options for everyone. All of the teachers bring their own unique style to their class and you get a unique experience with every visit.
