Corepower has been absolutely amazing. I thought I would hate the heat but I love it and I feel so refreshed after every class. The focus of breathing through exercise and coming to class with intention for the day has been an incredible learning experience. The instructors are always so kind and supportive and just want to see you give your best, whatever it is for that day.

Michelle is a great, experienced teacher and keeps the class flowing.

Numerous class options both times and types. Great instructors and mice facilities.

I always take Jessica’s community class- she’s my favorite! She reminds us that it’s okay to shut everything off for an hour of our day and focus on ourselves! Bridgeport team is great in general, everyone is always so welcoming and friendly!

The variety of classes is perfect to fit my needed throughout the week. However it’s the teachers that truly makes this studio special-friendly, warm and authentically happy to see you.

I love the staff and classes! My biggest con would be the music is too loud for me also the lockers that don't work.

But overall I love the studio!

I loved how the instructors were loud, clear and participated in the class as well! I liked that they gave options for weights, changing poses for less/ more intensity, and encouragement!

I think it is important for the classes to start on the scheduled time ( as much as possible) and definitely end on time. Today , the class went 10 minutes over. I understand that the water issue was a factor and the Bridgeport studio has been closed.
However, I think we should honor our time by keeping to the schedule as closely as possible.

Bridgeport CP is a great studio and has a great manager and staff.

I LOVED HOW GOOD AND GLOWY I FELT AFTER!!! I used my free trial week and already saw definition in my arms and it helped me get rid of water retention!! I love corepower, my favorite class is the hot yoga sculpt! It’s like i crave the workouts and the sweat

I like the range and rigor of the classes. The strength training, balance, and flexibility round out my cardio workouts. Instructors are consistently great.

I would prefer less intense heat or having very clear guidelines and science based reasons for setting the levels of heat. The heat varies, even in the same type of class, and when it’s too hot for the workout, it keeps me from maximizing my performance.
