Wow-easily the best yoga class I have taken in my life. I was nervous to try hot yoga but our instructor Emily created such a beautiful, safe, judgement-free zone for all levels and led an incredible class. I was surprised at how sore I was and pleased by the workout I got just from one class! Emily is an amazing instructor and I cannot recommend her enough! :) Can't wait for my next class with her.

I LOVE the way I feel after class! CorePower is the best form of enjoyable exercise that I have ever tried. I feel my best when I am consistent but even when I am not, the instructors and staff are so supportive and kind. They really meet you where you are and provide room for you to be who you need to be while you are on your mat! I absolutely love CorePower. The other wonderful attraction to the BV location is that the parking is great, I never have an issue and that is amazing! Thank you!!!

This was my first class in almost 5 years and wow, what a treat! Such a great experience and warm and welcoming class. Just loved it!

Everyone who works here are friendly and supportive no matter if your a beginner or a professional. The facilities are clean and the Bridgeport location is convenient too!

My favorite yoga spot to date! Everyone was so welcoming, the instructors are so knowledgeable, and I feel like I learned so much from just one class, even though I’ve been practicing for 4 years now. I highly, highly recommend. And you get a free trial period, can’t score a better deal!

Everyone there is kind, friendly, and helpful, unlike dealing with corporate CPY during my pause in studio practice. If it wasn't for how great this studio is, I would have canceled my membership after my experiences with corporate CPY.
