Very efficient! The nurse that I needed an x-ray and within 5 minutes they were in there giving you my x-ray within 10 to 15 minutes. From that they were reading my x-ray with me sat and answered any questions that I had and then gave me my prescriptions and different things that I need to do to heal myself and scheduled a follow-up in 6 weeks. Awesome experience!

Put simply, I felt heard. I voiced the urgency of my situation and Dr. Kitay and his Athletic Assistant took care of everything during my appointment. My records were obtained from Southeast Ortho during the visit after I advised how much trouble I had trying to get them on my own. I already know that next year will include a procedure on my shoulder, and now I do not doubt who I will see first for that issue. Thank you, Dr. Kitay!
