I pretty much love everything about JOI except the wait times, and the difficulty of getting through to anyone on the phone. The doctors are phenomenal (Dr. Steinberg is truly the best orthopedic surgeon ever and an incredibly nice person to boot), the physical therapists are so good at what they do and such a pleasure to deal with, and all the support people rock. I love going there. My experience has always been positive.
He is very thorough in what he does. I’ve had one surgery already with him and now seeing him again. I send a friend to him and she really liked him. He done her surgery also as well as my mom.

Dr Hastings is the absolute best! He performed surgery to repair a meniscus and ACL on one knee and is treating the other for issues as well. His approach to treatment is successful and does not rush to "surgery is the answer". His assistant, Fred, is very upbeat and always very friendly, making each patient feel welcome.

Dr. Kitay was kind, efficient and had a sense of humor. He is approachable and kind. It took him 2 minutes to diagnose the issue; and he used another 10 to explain the options and was honest with each explanation. It’s hard to find this level of experience and knowledge laced with compassion and ease of understanding.
