Dr. Whitaker ‘s thorough examination and concern for a positive outcome.
The Dr. didn’t just move me through the process and door. He genuinely listened to me and although I went in thinking I had an issue with my shoulder he looked at the xrays and let me know my shoulder was fine but thought from my symptoms it could be my neck so they xrayed my neck to determine that is my issue and has me set up for more tests to determine best treatment. I had been to a different Dr. at another place not JOI and they didn’t even xray they said it was tendinitis. So I am grateful I went to JOI so I can get better.
