I came in, I filled all the files on an ipad which I appreciate not using all that paper. I didn't wait long, and I was able to see Doctor Crenshaw. I was able to have an x-ray done, everyone was wearing masks, I felt very comfortable. The Doctor came in, he showed me what was wrong - he suggested exercises and told me about follow ups. It was a great experience, I would recommend my family and friends to JOI.
