Dr Snyder and his PA are excellent. I went for a knee injury. They pay attention to details, asking a lot of questions. They do a thorough physical exam. After all this, my condition was explained in terms I could understand. We made a plan for PT which is working great for my case.

Patient-facing staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Intake process was easy. Appointment scheduling was timely, as described: they said I’d be contacted within 5 days and I was called within 2 days.
Everyone at JOI was friendly and efficient. And I was actually taken before my appointment time. The X-ray staff person was great and so was my doctor. It was a good experience.
Dr McGinley has been a life saver! I was seen by Dr Guisti, at SE Ortho, for my elbow pain. I was never diagnosed with anything, he speculated, but never diagnosed anything. He told me to keep my elbow straight, at night, by hugging a pillow. Dr McGinley confirmed what I thought it was, tennis elbow (I’ve needed treatment for it in the past), gave me an injection, and I’m now pain free. I saw him, again, for neck pain. I’d been told, for years, it was Occipital Neuralgia, although an injection in my neck didn’t help. I tried, unsuccessfully, for 6 months to get referrals, a correct diagnosis, and relief from my pain. Dr McGinley was the first doctor to take an X-ray of my neck. It’s not curved. He’s the first dr to order an MRI. Not even Neurology would do this, despite my history of grand mal seizures. I had my last seizure in 2021 and worsening of my neck pain since then. I now know Neurology wouldn’t order an MRI or X-ray, because Ascension St Vincent’s was shutting down it’s Neurology Department and no one would be there to give me the results or provide treatment. I will definitely recommend Dr McGinley. The staff at this location is kind and wonderful to work with, too.
