Everyone was extremely accommodating and compassionate in making our very nervous special needs daughter feel composed in completing her test. Everybody from doctor, assistants, technicians and scheduler showed professionalism with kindness.
From beginning to end, everyone was very helpful. Dr Von Thron was attentive and professional with good human touch. Josh, who was equipment instructor went out of his way to show me use of boot and adjusted my crutches to the correct height.

You have pride in what you do... You care about the patient's.... Speaking from experience your operations are very successful your incisions are neat and heal very nicely and inconspicuously... great bedside manner of the nurses and the doctor.. I feel confident knowing that when I'm going under anesthesia and under the knife I know I'm going to be okay.... I will be better than I was and won't be in pain anymore after I heal. That's my story and I'm sticking to it
I liked the efficiency of the visit. I walked into the office and I was immediately greeted by a member of the office staff, so I knew who to approach to begin the process. The next staff member called my name and she asked me a few questions. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting area for a few minutes. I heard my name being called and I was escorted to an exam room. The nurse asked me a few questions and the radiology tech came to get me for a few X-rays. The X-rays were digital and they were available to Dr. Bell immediately. I was taken back to the exam room and met Dr. Bell within a few minutes. There were no long waits and everyone was very professional and courteous. The office visit was as quick and efficient. I got results quickly without wait which helped to reduce my anxiety.
