Professional, courteous, easy check in, Accomplished staff and doctors. Dr Steinberg has been my doctor since 2006 and has done very complicated surgery on my shoulder. He has also treated me for minor issues. He is patient and explains the procedures in layman's terms and show respect to his patients and staff.

It was an efficient process all around...from making the appointment, filling out the forms online instead of having to do it when you check in, checking in, X-rays, and questions with the assistant...I was really impressed! Most importantly, Dr Kaplan took his time in going over my MRI, explaining everything in detail and giving me options for future treatment.
;Let me tell you what I didn't like. I wasted a lot of time attempting to fill out the forms you requested in an app that wouldn't allow me to fish. During the my visit, the nurse helped and we finished in a short time.
There were LONG waits during my visit which took over an 1.5 hours. Of that time, I saw the doctor for maybe 19-15 minutes. Entirely too much wasted time.
