My experiences have been efficient and the staff and doctors friendly and through.
I liked that all procedures were done very efficiently and professionally. I was checked in in a timely manner. I did not have to wait but a few minutes before the nurse called me back to the exam room. Health info. was taken, then Dr. Kaplan came in to discuss my symptoms. X-rays were done right away, then results were discussed and options. I have osteoarthritis in both knees.
Dr. Kaplan went over my choices of treatment: cortisone injections, gel treatments, then knee replacement surgery, if necessary. I had a cortisone injection in each knee. Dr. Kaplan told me to let him know if I wanted to try the gel treatments. I felt confident about my appointment and the treatments and options I received.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS WHEN YOU RUNING LATE, IT IS BEST TO NOTIFY THE PATIENT WHEN THEY ARRIVE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE YOU IN THE FUTURE. NOTE I HAVE HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER 2 HOURS JUST SO YOUR STAFF KNOWS.
I'm grateful to have a answer to the pain in my hip and looking forward to the solution. Dr. Bell was very receptive to my needs and looked beyond my replacement knee pain to find the real issue with my hip.

The appointment scheduling, wait time and meeting with Dr. Bell were professional and timely. I received good advice, an explanation of my problem and plans to continue monitoring the injury.
Easy in and out of facility, I have only had one appt with Dr. Solice and he was very helpful and I feel like there is a plan in place to address the pain in my heel.
A thorough explanation was given of the mechanism of injury and how PT will help resolve issues. Very knowledgable, patient, and friendly.

Dr. Bell is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a superb bedside manner. He has my complete faith and trust for my upcoming hip replacement surgery. His support staff and nurses are wonderful - kind, courteous, and strong patient advocates.

Prompt, friendly staff. Doctor Solis was very easy to talk with about knee issues.
The doctor had great bedside manner. He took the time to explain what my options were, and what my diagnosis was.
They were fabulous. It was hard to get an appointment with other orthopedic doctors before two-three weeks and I have a broken arm. They told me to bring over my X-ray and they will look at them and take me. Could not have been more happy with their attentiveness.
